Cancellation of Your Appointment

Thanks for submitting a cancellation request of your appointment.

We can confirm this has been received by the team and we will process this cancellation refund for you.

Day 2 & Day 8 COVID Tests are non-refundable as per our terms and conditions as a unique reference is generated at the time of booking.

Admin Fee

There is a £20 admin fee per booking which will be deducted from your refund for all cancellations.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

If you wish however to re-schedule your appointment then please send us an email hello@midlandhealth.co.uk with your alternative date and we will get this rebooked for you.

Do not book another appointment online if you have already paid for one appointment as the team can do this for you without any additional charges.

If you do not yet know the date, don’t worry you can let us know as soon as you know and we can reschedule at no charge.

When Will I Receive my Refund?

Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to be processed. Payment will go back onto the card that you paid with.
