Dr. Pradeep Naganna, a paediatrician with over 20 years of experience in the UK, graduated from Mysore Medical College and moved to the UK in 2003. He has worked in major hospitals like Birmingham Children's Hospital and holds qualifications including the Fellowship of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.
Specialising in Neuro-diversity since 2007, he is currently a Consultant Paediatrician at Leicestershire NHS Partnership Trust and ADHD Lead. Dr. Naganna is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children and their families, with expertise in Autism, ADHD, sleep issues, behavioural difficulties, dyspraxia, bed wetting, constipation, developmental delay, and various syndromes.
Sarah Barker has over 15 years of experience working with children with communication difficulties, including learning disability, Mental health and Autism in an assessment and treatment capacity.
Sarah has also qualified in the coding and administration of the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule - Version 2 (ADOS-2) and the Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised (ADI-R). In addition to postgraduate courses in Trauma, Autism, Mental Health and Vulnerable Children in the Justice System. For Midland Health patients Sarah conducts paediatric ASD and ADHD assessments.
Cynthia is a dually qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT) and a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst registered with the Behaviour Analytic Certification Board and Society of Behaviour Analysts UK.
Cynthia has worked with children and young people for over a decade specialising in autism, learning disabilities, social and emotional needs, challenging behaviour and positive behaviour support. She supports individuals, parents, community groups and schools with both communication and positive behaviour strategies.
Darren is a qualified Learning Disability Nurse and Non-Medical Prescriber with extensive experience in the NHS and private sector. He also provides 1-2-1 support as a Disability Impact Trainer, specialising in ADHD and Neurodiversity. His past roles include support work for Accept Care and international volunteer work in Zambia.
Dr Gururaj has been a UK Paediatrician for over 20 years, graduating from Bangalore Medical College and moving to the UK in 2004 for postgraduate studies. He has worked in several hospitals, including Brighton Children's Hospital and University Hospitals of Leicester, and holds specialist qualifications from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Madras University.
Currently, he is a Consultant Paediatrician at Leicestershire NHS Partnership Trust, focusing on ADHD and ASD. He has led various QI projects and Neuro-developmental Pathways. Dr Gururaj is experienced in Autism, ADHD, sleep problems, behavioural difficulties, developmental coordination disorders, bed wetting, constipation, developmental delay, syndromes, and other community paediatric issues.
