Lifestyle factors such as poor diet, lack of exercise and excessive alcohol are contributing to increasing levels of obesity and other related conditions. If you've been told by your doctor that you need to lose weight, it may be hard to know where to start. With our weight loss coaches at Midland Health, we offer in depth consultation to review your full history and wellbeing and lifestyle factors, so that together we can devise a plan that will work for you. This may include guidance on nutrition and lifestyle changes or referral for hypnotherapy or weight loss groups. Our highly-qualified GPs are also able to provide consultations to develop a treatment plan, discuss surgical procedures such as gastric bands, or other related health risks such as diabetes.
Our weight loss coaches understand that maintenance can sometimes be harder than getting started, so, we offer regular appointments to review your progress. All weight-loss plans include achievable milestones and regular review opportunities, so you can maintain a healthy lifestyle whilst still enjoying a few of life's pleasures!
