Mental illness and emotional difficulties can impact individuals from all walks of life, influencing their well-being and overall functioning.

Our team specialises in multiple mental health issues and caters to all ages. We pride ourselves on our bespoke treatment plans that fit your lifestyle. When you come to our psychiatric clinic, you will receive an expert diagnosis and tailored care to help you overcome the conditions you face.
Our team has a diverse set of specialisms, allowing us to provide expert medical attention for several issues, including:
Affecting mood, behaviour, concentration and actions, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is typically diagnosed at around 12 years old, though it affects people of all ages.
Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD) leaves sufferers in a cycle of worries and on edge most days. It varies in severity. We help people with any form of anxiety, including: Panic Disorder, Phobias, GAD, Agoraphobia, Health Anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
OCD is a chronic condition that manifests itself as repetitive, intrusive thoughts and consecutive actions, that patientsengage in with the purpose of reducing the anxiety caused by the intrusive thoughts.
Clinical depression is characterised by persistent feelings of sadness, hopelessness and a lack of interest and pleasure in daily activities. Individuals may feel increasingly tired, have difficulties with their concentration, changes in sleep patterns, and may experience anxiety symptoms. In more severe cases, depression is associated with thoughts of self-harm and suicide.
Classically, 10 different personality disorders were defined and grouped into three clusters, and you might have had one of those diagnoses previously. The new classification in ICD-11 abolishes all the different categories and focuses on the severity. For a personality disorder to be diagnosed, problems in interpersonal relationships and impaired functioning must be present. Other difficulties are an unstable sense of identity, unstable relationships, difficulties controlling emotions, and impulsive actions.
Some people find a diagnosis of personality disorder stigmatising, while for others it proves useful as they can make better sense of their difficulties. We will discuss how your difficulties impact your life and how we can support you.
Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder characterized by changes in thought processes, with symptoms such as delusional ideas, when the sufferers hold convictions which are not based on reality. Other typical symptoms are auditory hallucinations (hearing voices) and feeling that their thoughts or actions can be controlled or known by others. The severity and impact on general functioning varies widely and it is important to be diagnosed and treated at early stages.
Bipolar disorder is characterised by extreme mood swings between manic episodes (energetic, distracted and elated) and depression. These mood swings can last for weeks and it is important to establish a treatment regime that addresses both the mania and depression.
Brain malfunctions or injuries can cause some mental health disorders, such as Tourette’s syndrome, Huntington’s disease and some forms of epilepsy.
We can conduct, on a case by case basis, a psychiatric assessment and write a comprehensive medical-legal report to support your solicitor in a case.
We support adults and children with a range of mental health conditions from our Birmingham psychiatry clinic.
Our care starts with a consultation to assess your current state, learn about your mental health history and explain the best course of action. Once decided, the same psychiatrist can deliver this treatment.
We have a team of consultant psychiatrists available for assessments and treatment to help you manage your condition.
Our in-house Consultant Psychiatrists interview you to assess your mental health and diagnose conditions and addictions. Then we create a care plan to manage and treat these conditions, working with you throughout the process.
We have face-to-face appointments available and online.
Our CBT therapists deliver superior support to help you manage mental health illnesses. No matter your condition, we can help you get back to your daily life.
We diagnose mental health issues during a psychiatric interview and then explain your child’s needs to you in detail. Then we set up a care plan with additional information to help you support your child. They will see the same specialist at every treatment appointment to keep them at ease.
We offer CBT to support your child through life with a mental illness. It gives them the required skills to not only cope with their condition but thrive.
