Midland Health has partnered with a highly reputable online pharmacy provider, Cloud Rx to ensure you receive your prescriptions directly to your home address as a next-day service. This way, you can be sure the medicine is available and delivered directly to your home or nominated address. No need for paper prescriptions or to have to go to multiple pharmacies to find the medicine that has been issued by our Midland Health doctors to you.
CloudRx has been set up by pharmacists with significant experience of health tech and pharmacy. CloudRx directors were arguably the founders and pioneers of the online pharmacy industry in the UK.
Midland Health has chosen to work with CloudRx to make our prescription service much easier for our patients. No longer will you need to worry about where to go collect your private prescription. CloudRx is a fully registered pharmacy regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. Midland Health doctors will generate an electronic prescription which is sent to CloudRx and if the prescription is sent to them before 4pm they will aim for next day delivery to our patients. CloudRx stocks over 3500 pharmacy lines and we have ensured many of commonly prescribed medicines and creams are in stock for next day delivery.

Once a prescription has been approved by the Midland Health Doctor, the patient receives an email and text message confirming CloudRx has the prescription ready for dispensing. Included in the message is a link to a secure payment page where the patient completes payment for the medicines and delivery charges.
The medicines will be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD in plain, discreet packaging. We will let the patient know when we dispatch their medicines.
There are different services that can be selected depending on the patient’s preference:
It is possible that we received payment for the order after our cut off of 4pm for Royal Mail or 3pm for DPD. Alternatively it may be that there is problem obtaining the medicine or it is not in stock. In this instance the patient will be sent an email advising them of the issue.
If no one is available to sign for the package it will be returned to your local postal depot where you will be required to collect or rearrange delivery.
Couriers will leave deliveries in a safe place or with a neighbour by prior arrangement. This can be set up through the DPD App.
We deliver anywhere in the UK and Channel Islands.
All orders are sent in plain, discrete packaging. Our name or logo is not displayed on the package and there is no indication of the contents.

With the service being based as a online pharmacy they can keep costs low and your doctor or a member of the Midland Health team will be able to advise on costs of the medicines beforehand so you have a rough idea. There is a minimum charge of £9.15 plus delivery per prescription.
