Once you’ve received a diagnosis of diabetes, making changes to help manage your symptoms can have a huge impact on day to day life. With Midland Health, our expert GP’s are on hand to give you advice about dietary and lifestyle changes, prescribe medication where appropriate and monitor your progress to ensure you’re able to lead the life you want to.

Monitoring may include regular check-ups with your GP to discuss progress, twice annual HbA1c tests to ensure a treatment plan is working, as well as the dispensing of home blood sugar kits so you can monitor changes at home.

They can also support you with weight loss, exercise and nutrition advice.
