Our Membership Plans

We know that, for many people, simply getting a GP appointment is nearly impossible. That is why we are proud to offer priority access, allowing you and your loved ones to see our GPs more regularly and at an affordable price. 

Single Membership (1 Adult)

Minimum 12 months subscription

£49 per month

What is included:

  • 6 face-to-face GP appointments per year (15 minutes each), including online video appointments 
  • Priority access to a GP appointment within 24 hours
  • 1 Annual Gold Health Screen
  • 10% off blood and ultrasound scans

Couples Membership (2 Adults)

Minimum 12 months subscription

£89 per month

What is included:

  • 12 face-to-face or online video GP appointments per year (15 minutes each) 
  • Priority access to a GP appointment within 24 hours
  • 1 Annual Gold Health Screen per year per adult 
  • 10% off blood and ultrasound scans

Please note that 2 appointments will be used if a 30-minute appointment is required.

Family Membership (2 adults & 2 children Aged 17 And Under)

Minimum 12 months subscription

£139 per month

What is included:

  • 20 GP appointments per year, which can be conducted face-to-face or online, with each appointment lasting 15 minutes
  • Priority access to a GP appointment within 24 hours
  • 1 Annual Gold Health Screen per year per adult 
  • 10% off blood and ultrasound scans

For an additional £29 per month, you can add another child to your family plan, which will provide you with five extra appointments per year. Please note that in cases where a 30-minute appointment is required, 2 appointments will be used.

Our Gold Health Screens

Of course, it is handy to have your GP on speed dial when you are feeling unwell. But our membership plans are designed to help you keep on top of your health even if you have not developed symptoms yet. As part of your subscription, you can access one annual 360 health screen carried out by a qualified Nurse or Health Care Assistant. This provides a full picture of your health status and helps to prevent any future medical issues. Our gold package assessments include the following biometric tests:

  • Urinalysis
  • Muscle and Joint Health
  • Infection and Inflammation
  • Iron Status 
  • Thyroid Health
  • Tumour Markers

Yes, this is a 12-month plan that is paid monthly. After the first year, your subscription will renew.

We use Stripe to process monthly payments through direct debit.

The start date of your plan would be from the date of purchase. Payment will then be taken at the same time every month.

If you do not want to renew your subscription for the following year, you will need to give us 30 days’ notice. To cancel your subscription, simply contact our admin team.

Yes, but please note that some medical services and tests may only be available at certain locations.

No, if you have a medical emergency, it is best to call 999.

Yes, prescriptions are included in the consultation fee so there is no need to worry about paying extra.

Yes. As part of your plan, you can get repeat prescriptions at £25 per medication.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, simply contact our administrative team. They will see if your appointment can be rescheduled at a more convenient time.

If you miss your appointment, this will count as a used appointment and cannot be added back to your plan.

We are regulated by the CQC (Care Quality Commission) under registration 1-8775950983.

Yes, as part of our standard family plan, our GPs can see up to 2 children. You can add more children to your plan at an additional cost of £29 per child.

We have translators available for your appointment.

Digital Prescription

Midland Health has partnered with a highly reputable online pharmacy provider, Cloud Rx to ensure you receive your prescriptions directly to your home address as a next-day service. This way, you can be sure the medicine is available and delivered directly to your home or nominated address. No need for paper prescriptions or to have to go to multiple pharmacies to find the medicine that has been issued by our Midland Health doctors to you.
