Easter Bank Holiday Notice
Please be aware that due to the Easter bank holiday, new prescription requests will not be processed between 18th – 21st April. We kindly ask that you submit any requests in advance to ensure timely processing. Thank you for your understanding.
As you have had an ADHD appointment with one of our doctors or nurses at Midland Health, we can process repeat prescriptions for you. Please allow 7 working days for your request to be actioned. One of the team will get back to you once your prescription has been issued. Please note all repeat medication requests are charged at £25.
If requesting a controlled drug prescription, please be aware this will expire in 28 days.
Please note we may use an online pharmacy for our prescription delivery service.

In order for our clinicians to be able to safely continue prescribing ADHD medication to you or your child it is important for us to check your observations.
Please enter these as accurately as you can, and these must be taken within the last 7 days.
You can purchase a blood pressure machine from most local pharmacies which is an approved device.
