Midland Health is a leading Private GP Clinic in the Midlands. During the past 18 months, we have seen exponential growth. Our flagship clinic in Edgbaston was opened in 2021, and this is where you will be based. This is a customer facing role, providing a warm welcome for all attending our clinic. Whether on front desk or responding to calls/emails your up-beat and positive personality will shine through and put our patients at ease.
We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service team member to join our small and welcoming team, salary of up to £21,450 per annum.
This is a full-time position, working shifts between 8.00am – 7.30pm weekdays and 8.00am – 4.30pm Saturdays
The ideal applicant will have good levels of literacy, IT skills and fantastic interpersonal skills. It is important that you have an understanding of and commitment to the responsibilities of the role.
As this position is focused on engaging with and speaking to patients, either by telephone or face to face, we require the successful candidate to be a good communicator: calm, courteous and have a professional approach at all times. You must be able to work using your own initiative and have outstanding organisational skills.
Previous customer service experience and GP reception experience would be an advantage.
