The consultation was with Dr Christos Kasparis at our Edgbaston Clinic. After examining the lesion thoroughly, Dr Kasparis recommended a biopsy and excision to determine its nature. The procedure was carried out carefully and the patient described it as almost entirely painless. The sample was sent to pathology for analysis, and the results confirmed that the lesion had been cancerous, and that the excision had removed it entirely.
