If a specific cause is identified, your personalised plan will include suitable options that match your diagnosis and preferences — and we’ll talk these through with you calmly. Depending on findings, options may include:

• Vestibular rehabilitation, or vestibular therapy: exercises to help retrain your balance responses
• Medication: symptom relief, for example if you experience nausea or short-term vestibular suppression
