Difficulties with emotional health includes depression and anxiety, which will be experienced by 1 in 4 people at some point throughout life.

• Change in appetite
• Intrusive thoughts
• Low Self-Esteem

Our emotional wellbeing services offer person-centred care and an individualised approach to planning treatment or referring for alternative services. Diagnosis and prescription of medication for mild to severe mental illness is also available.
